E. L. Simmons

An early view of the corner of Washington Street at Strawberry Street.  This picture was taken in November 1945.  The store on the corner was E. L. Simmons and later became Clinkscales then Reffett's, a florist shop and then a Christian Book Store.  The sign just over the stop sign says Watson but not sure what they sold.
