Washington Street View in 1950's

This picture shows the former locations of Business Equipment and Alabama Power.  The barber poles indicate where Willie Carson ran "The Inn" barber shop and just to the left of that one is another one where Ike Brackin and Mr. Gilley ran one.  A power pole is blocking the sign that hung in front of Lymon Mason's furniture store.
